Main Functions:
1. Line-to-line Test: Test the short circuit, open circuit, crossover, normal, etc. of the network cable.
2. Length Test: Network cable length breakpoint test, no calibration required. (Note:The network cable cannot be powered on during length measurement, and cannot be connected to equipment and instruments. The length must be between 2.5 meters and 200 meters, otherwise the measurement data will be inaccurate)
3. Line Hunting mode: Normal mode/Anti-jamming mode.
(1)The closer the receiver probe is to the target line, the stronger the signal and the louder the sound. The adjuster on the receiver is used to adjust the sensitivity when line hunting.
(2)Note: The hunt mode of the receiver should be consistent with the hunt mode of the transmitter, (short press the receiver function key to switch), otherwise the signal will not be received)
4. POE Test:Power supply wire core and power supply voltage detection, both standard and non-standard PoE can be tested.
5. Port Flashing Function/Link Test:Quickly find the network cable on the switch/router. (Link Test: The link test is automatically performed while the port is flashing, and the screen will display the speed of the switch/router, full-duplex/half-duplex, auto-negotiation/forced negotiation.)
6. Crimping Test:It is used to test whether the connection between the wire core of the network cable and the copper piece of the crystal head is connected.
7. Setting Function:Mainly you can view or change the language, backlight time, automatic shutdown time, contrast and version options.
8. Light Function (Only on the Receiver):press once to turn on the light, press again to turn off.
9. Low Battery Reminder:The screen battery indicator flashes when the transmitter is low, and the battery status indicator flashes when the receiver is low.
